This page includes the TMDs of the products issued and/or distributed by Judo Capital Holdings Limited ABN 71 612 862 727 and its controlled entity Judo Bank Pty Ltd ABN 11 615 995 581, Australian Credit Licence and Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 501 091 (variously, "Judo", “us”, “we” or “our”) to ‘retail clients’ within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and associated regulations (“Retail Clients”).
A TMD is a document that describes who the product has been designed for (the “target market”). It also sets out any conditions and restrictions on distribution of the product to Retail Clients in the target market and events or circumstances where we may need to review the TMD for the product.
The TMDs are intended to help:
- us to keep Retail Clients at the centre of our approach to the design and distribution of our products; and
- Retail Clients obtain appropriate financial products that are likely to be consistent with their likely objectives, financial situation and needs.
Please note that a TMD is not intended to provide financial product advice and is not an offer document regarding any Judo product. When making a decision about a Judo product, you should seek independent financial advice and read the relevant terms and conditions and relevant product documents prior to making a decision.
Important information for distributors of the above Judo products
Persons or organisations engaging in ‘retail product distribution conduct’ in relation to our products (for example, licensed brokers or their representatives or comparison websites) must report complaints and ‘significant dealing’ information to us as outlined in our TMDs within a specified timeframe.
If you wish to report such information to Judo as outlined in our TMDs, please contact us via our contact form.
